Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Appointments may be rescheduled up to one hour before appointment start time. Appointments can be cancelled up to one hour before appointment start time in exchange for store credit in the amount of original purchase. It may take up to 72 hours to receive your store credit once your appointment is cancelled.
